Mechanical Site Manager - High-End Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our principal M&E contractor client on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full plumbing, HVAC, and plant room installations, as well as coordinating electrical installations through subcontractors and direct labour of a £7,000,000 resi project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all mechanical installations on-site
• Oversee electrical installations, working with subcontractors and direct labour
• Setting out
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS Managers card
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and plant room systems
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and project spec

Desirable:

• Experience working on multi-million pound residential projects

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
