Mechanical Project Manager

Avolon M&E are collaborating with a leading building services contractor in search of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their London-based team.

Our client is ranked as one of London's fastest growing construction firms, specialising in the delivery of electrical, mechanical and decarbonisation services across London and its surrounding localities.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing commercial fit out projects across the city.

Salary:

70-80,000 per annum + package

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and contractors, to foster effective communication and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Client Relationship: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful experience as an Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial sector.
• Mechanical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and installations, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make informed decisions.
