The company is family-run and is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their friendly, collaborative team after winning another framework with one of their key clients in Birmingham. Your role as a Mechanical Project Manager will include:
General project management duties
Managing the full MEP package on high-rise residential projects
Site-based in Birmingham
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will need:
Experience in Building Services, mechanically biased
Experience in the project management of residential construction
Commutable to Birmingham
Full UK working rights
