The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.
Current projects range from 50m to 350m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.
The Opportunities:
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager / Technical Services Manager x1
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Manager / MEP Design Manager x1
2 No. Secondary Education New Build/Refurbishment projects
40m and 50m contract values. 3 Year contract programmes.
- Seeking two candidates to work across both of the above projects concurrently.
- One to lead the MEP installation across the two projects concurrently.
- One to lead the MEP design across the two projects concurrently.
- The projects are secondary education projects in Stanmore and Hayes. One is a 50m new build, the other is a 40m new build extension and refurbishment. Both projects are scheduled to run for three years.
- You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction and design colleagues and managing the external MEP design consultants.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience with a main contractor or large specialist subcontractor - gained on projects of a similar size and scope.
Education sector project experience is preferred.
