We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to facilitate the post-M&A integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure seamless project management, communications, stakeholder management & delivery.

Description
- Develop and execute an integration project plan in alignment with Senior stakeholders & workstream leaders.
- Project and resource planning with interdependencies of multiple workstreams, task management, prioritization & escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring effective multi-site collaboration, accountability, and delivery.
- Work closely with workstream leads and internal teams to identify and address integration issues across all the functions.
- Stakeholders & risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including the acquired subsidiary leadership team, vendors, and partners, to facilitate effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Provide project management support to other assigned projects as and when required based on availability.
- Project communication & governance.
- Track and maintain assigned budgets.
- Maintain project dashboard, providing weekly update reports.
Profile
- Prior experience in a project management role, preferably within M&A/Integration.
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and coordinating global teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools preferably Jira or others e.g., MS Project & etc.
