CTS have now launched their Easy4u Service - working with our partners from Belgium and the Netherlands in delivering laptops to schools across the UK - offering a personalised, full-service education laptop to their students, with a customised school-webshop, a self-service portal, and a full-service model in case of repairs.

CTS are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to support and lead Production/Logistics operations within the UK. We are looking for someone who is experience and used to working in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain management environment, specifically within the technology field.

Key Tasks:

  • Proactively manage the UK Service Centre to ensure the growth plan of the business can be achieved, short term through to long term.
  • Optimizing logistics/production flows in line with warehouse footprint, maximizing operational and commercial efficiency.
  • Driving continuous improvements through our warehouse and production operations,
  • Lead any logistics projects for UK and work with the Easy4u Information Manager on improving our digital system.
  • Work closely with Procurement and key stakeholders to optimize customer fulfilment processes.
  • Knowledge of the Procurement Function (supply chain) and understanding of key logistics activities, including taking the lead for stock and procurement for our Easy4u service.
  • Production of weekly reporting to the Head of Service.
  • Responsible for complaint resolution for Logistics related matters.
  • Drive process improvements for internal and external customers.
  • Manage all warehouse and transport supplier performance.
  • Ensure all Quality and performance standards are maintained with external Logistics service providers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain management environment.
  • Proven experience in logistics management and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software / ERP's.
  • Achievement of logistics based KPI's.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to prioritise.
  • Advanced IT Skills.
