Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible) a new position has become available to join their high performing and creative design hub for a Learning Design Manager to create memorable learning experiences across a range of topics, serving big name clients in the UK.

What you will do:
- Design and develop experiential learning, training and communications for clients (Virtual and F2F)
- Lead end to end on small and medium sized projects, contributing to large higher value ones
- Manage several client projects at the same time
- Use your writing skills to create memorable learning sessions with clear outcomes
- Support on sales related activities such as RFPs, proposals etc
Experience & skills required:
- Time served designing experiential learning sessions (ideally using behavioural science and human centred design principles)
- Excellent relationship builder internally and externally
- Collaborative
- Strong creative writing skills for both L&D design and generally
- Analytical and able to problem solve
- Experienced (min 2 + years) in an HR, L&D, talent & development role ideally (in-house or consulting) or within a creative writing position, with an interest in learning & development.
