Landscape Construction Manager (10 years of experiences on landscaping minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and other cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain quality standards
• Track and report project status daily & weekly
• Analyse and mitigate construction risks.
• Accountable for building and safety regulations at the highest standard
• Monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Coordinate with team and project manager
• Coordinate with designer and project manager and make sure the design is all buildable in a high quality finishes.
• Review the construction drawings and Any problems will be addressed and resolve in advance time before on site.
