They have a strong and growing list of clients that they work with.Your new roleYou will start off as a junior Project Manager with the opportunity to progress into a full project manager within the first year, depending on experience. Initially, you will be learning from those in the office. As you get more comfortable, you will get more involved with all aspects of project management. You will help with the tender phase by doing things such as reviewing enquiries from clients and liaising with subcontractors / suppliers. You will also help with the project phase, where you will liaise with clients, attend progress meetings, and assist in the production of O&M manuals. As well as this, you will have responsibilities such as attending site surveys, liaising with the contracts team, and supporting the contracts / project managers in the construction phase.What you'll need to succeedYou will need a HND or degree in a construction related discipline. Ideally, you will have a few years experience in a similar role. You will need a driving licence, although you won't be expected to travel to sites by yourself initially. You must have a great eye for detail. It is essential for you to be comfortable using Excel and confident in using spreadsheets.
