About Us

Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital construction applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and construction professionals, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and management of digital construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members.
  • Support the development and delivery of construction applications, ensuring they meet user requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of digital construction solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or digital construction.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application delivery processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and collaboration software (eg, Slack, MS Teams).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital construction technologies and trends is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
