Are you looking for a long term role offering opportunities to become a Senior Manager?This company operate sites across London and the South East, specalising in the design and construction of high end pool, spa, sauna and wellness facilities. These projects are delivered into the Commercial, Residential, Hospitality and Leisure sectors. With the backing of an extensive order book and excellent client base, they are now looking to expand the team and bring on a highly motivated project management professional who has the desire to work on luxurious and specialist projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, ambitious team.In this role, you will be assisting in the running a portfolio of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, main contractors and other stakeholders, liaise with different internal departments to ensure that projects are completed in line with relevant client requirements, creating and managing project plans, ensure all activities and procedures are completed in line with health and safety requirements. This role would therefore ideally suit an individual who is highly motivated to secure a role within project management, seeking personalised training and development and the opportunity for continuous learning and progression. You will have a full UK driving license, strong communication and attention to detail skills. The successful candidate will be ambitious and seeking to work on prestigious projects. The Role:
