JA1313 - Asset Inventory Co-ordinatorLocation - Colwyn BayType - Permanent - 40hours/weekSalary - £23,500Overview:We are currently working in conjunction with our client to recruit an Asset Inventory Coordinator. This is an administration role and requires good IT and administration skills. The successful candidate will work with the client NMWTRA at their premises in Conwy and carry out works at their request.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Asset Inventory updating of the Welsh Government Electrical Asset Management System (LMS).
• Bulk uploading electrical and structural certificates.
• Using Query builder to run reports to identify assets that have missing / incorrect information.
• Updating individual assets.
• Assistance with the ongoing management of the PowerBI applications for the defect and minor works.
• Administrative assistance which shall include:
• Preparation of maintenance works reports.
• Minutes of meetings.
• Assisting the team with ensuring asset / project documentation is electronically stored in the correct location (i.e. population of the collaboration portal / TEDDMS).
• Assisting the LMS lead with the maintenance and development of the system.
• Assisting the street lighting and ITS managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:Essential

• IT literate / technically savvy with good admin skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
