Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Information Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management, organization, and dissemination of project information using our in-house information management system. This position is critical to maintaining data integrity and supporting seamless communication across all project stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Information Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and storage of all project-related information using our proprietary in-house system.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all project documentation, maintaining up-to-date and accessible information for all team members.
  • System Administration: Administer the in-house information management system, managing user access, permissions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and data security protocols.
  • Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for project teams, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest project updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce standards for information management, ensuring that all data is properly categorized, tagged, and stored according to project and company requirements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of the information management system, promoting best practices and efficient use of the tool.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project progress, document status, and other key metrics, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information management practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in information management, ideally within a construction, engineering, or related industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of information management systems, with experience in using proprietary or in-house tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop proactive solutions to support project objectives.
