In-house Corporate Tax Manager
This is the opportunity for you to move to a FTSE 100 company without having to pick a niche specialism. Your role here will have a compliance and reporting base, but with the ability to work on strategy/advice. You'll frequently work on areas such as: R&D, acquisitions and restructuring. To help you, you will have two reports - this means that your involvement in compliance/reporting is as a project manager and reviewer.
If you join this company, you will notice that the ability to progress, or even move laterally is entirely realistic. From our conversations with the Head of Tax, there are a few very recent examples of this happening in the tax team. Key areas of your roleThe review and co-ordination of corporate tax compliance and reporting.
Project management of the R&D tax process with an external advisor (claim value is in the millions).This is a growing and acquisitional business, so expect to assist on various tax projects around transactions and restructures. This is a UK tax role, but you will be working for a large international business. As a result, there will be various international elements that you will be responsible for - e.g. oversight of TP, CFC, CBCR etc

Bonus, car allowance and salary will add up to £80-90K (bonus is reliably paid each year).About YouThis role is open to in-house and practice experience - with In-house being the preference.You don't have to have experience with all of the above areas, but It is key that you are confident with tax compliance and that you will be able to review work.
ACA/CTA is preferred.
