Implementation Manager - REMOTE - £65,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Implementation Manager to join an award-winning software company that has a global presence (EU and US). The successful candidate will be managing ad executing the implementation plan packages while ensuring all the relevant steps are carried out to company standards. We're looking for someone that has experience at an expert level with Azure, including creating high availability web apps and security. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of security hardening concepts whilst being in charge of customer data.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing and executing implementation plan
- Documenting customer and internal requirements
- Configuring systems to meet customer needs
- Offering clients solutions that align with the software capabilities
- Following industry best practices
- Developing user acceptance testing scripts
- Performing testing solutions during implementation process
- Ensuring bugs and software changes are reported correctly during project delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge and experience with SQL
- Proficiency with C#, HTML, CSS and Excel VBA
- Strong experience in software implementation and support
- Ability to work autonomously as well as capability of working within in a team and collaborating efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have:
- Good experience with C#
- Understanding RoHS, REACH or similar products
- Good experience with complex PLM systems i.e. Oracle Agile, SAP PLM or Team Centre
