• Ensure 'business as usual' ICFR compliance
• Ownership of UK Risk & Controls Matrix
• Manage onboarding of all new ICFR components. Ownerships of full process from documentation through to testing with external auditors.
• Managing onboarding of all new in-scope system / process changes ensuring full compliance
• Review of all external providers SOC1 reports
• Key point of contact for external and internal auditors
• Executive reporting to UK Senior Leadership Team
• Training for all control owners
• Working with commercial teams to improve efficiency within ICFR control.
• Working on priority controls-based projects as defined by Group requirements
• Ability to travel to multiple sites across the UK
