In this role you will be responsible for:- The creation of an enduring Quality, Health, Safety and Environmentally conscious culture through the existing clear strategy and execution plan. Ensuring robust and effective HSEQ management systems and techniques are in place and aligned to business objectives and to deliver measurable improvements as required. Ensuring the company, HSEQ systems and processes continue to satisfy the requirements of the regulations and legislations of the industry and maintain the integrated management system certifications to ISO 9001,14001 & 45001. Ensure compliance with local applicable legislation to identify and assess the Company's HSSEQ risks. Ensure the identification and implementation of the most suitable training and communications initiatives aimed at disseminating Quality and HSE culture as well as improving awareness and performance on significant issues. Reporting of HSEQ performance to the Board of Directors. Growing a professional HSEQ function that aligns with current and future business needs, through the development, training, mentoring and the professional development of HSEQ team members. Acting as a subject matter expert for all matters relating to HSEQ improvements and driving the use of lessons learnt across the business. Assist Bid Management and Commercial function during the bidding stage and ensure the availability of qualified personnel suitable for project's needs, ensuring that specific Quality and HSE plans are developed. Assist other client functions and Project Managers in their dealings with internal/external Clients for all issues concerning with Quality, Health and Safety at work and Environment requirements. Driving standardising and ensure best practice across the organisations in policies, procedures and processes with a continuous improvement methodology Developing the internal audit program and participate / lead in the development of subsequent improvement programmes. Driving the application / use of non-conformance process to closure & Conducting HSE incident investigation with root cause analysis and monitor the lessons learned. Developing and executing a risk-based audit program and support with the execution of the audits. Participate in HSSEQ vetting potential or existing top-level critical vendors. Supporting our client's Projects globally with HSEQ advice and management Assisting the projects in the evaluation of critical items for procurement.Requirements: Professional HSE qualification (NEBOSH Diploma Qualified or equivalent) Good knowledge of health, safety, environment and quality standards and implementation, ideally with working experience from the oil & gas, renewable energy or heavy engineering industries. Strong organisation, prioritisation and planning skills Strong communication skills Sound IT and PC skills including Microsoft office packages and Teams. The ability to build and maintain professional and proactive relationships, operational teams and clients Proven record in a Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental role Full, clean UK driving licence. Willingness to stay away from home for short periods, overnight, should business needs require it.
