Working with a long established business, the role of HR Systems Manager is pivotal to the delivery of meaningful information. HR data is key to so much in a business, supporting informed decision making, let alone saving time!
You will be part of a fabulous HR team who are friendly, supportive and fun. The business has invested in the HR function significantly, with new roles, a very clear vision and led by a great HR Director.
What you will be doing
- Oversee completion of the HR system project including continued development of the self-service facility for managers and employees
- Develop the application and use of the HR System
- Support the provision of an effective HR Data across the full range of employee issues including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, MIS data and health and wellbeing
- Provide project management in the continued introduction of the integrated HR Payroll system to ensure all modules are fully implemented
- Support all HR team members are familiar with the system and utilising it to the maximum
- Support on the development of the electronic appraisal system for all businesses within the HR system
- Develop the talent & Succession module
- Utilising the HR System to create competency frameworks and skills matrices
- Create system workflows to ensure flow of data approvals from the HR System to managers and employees
- Create user guides and system demonstrations for all modules
- Create and deliver systems training to employees and managers MIS Data
- Oversee the provision of management information and HR reporting including monthly board report including system metrics and measures
Experience needed
- Significant knowledge of HR Systems and processes
- Extensive knowledge of writing system reports and workflows
- Organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise a diverse workload
- Must have experience of MHR iTrent or similar
