Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and gathering employee documents
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives and training programmes
  • Liaise with employees regarding HR-related queries
  • Assist in the management of HR metrics and report generation
  • Play a key role in the implementation of HR policies
  • Contribute to the development of an inclusive and positive workplace culture

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
