Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and gathering employee documents
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations
- Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives and training programmes
- Liaise with employees regarding HR-related queries
- Assist in the management of HR metrics and report generation
- Play a key role in the implementation of HR policies
- Contribute to the development of an inclusive and positive workplace culture
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
