A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their HR department on a 4-6 weeks temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various HR projects and initiatives while operating as an HR Generalist.Reporting to the HR Director, this will provide a comprehensive HR service to the business, supporting it's business objectives and ensuring the well-being of it's employees.You will provide advice and guidance on a number of HR issues, manage recruitment as well picking up the HR administrative duties using a variety of HR systems.A passion for HR as well as drive to continually improve HR processes is key for this role, you will be a part of a small HR team so the ability to muck in and roll up your sleeves is key.Overview of the role:Managing the end to end recruitment processesAdvice and guidance to mangersSupporting managers with any employment law questionsCoordinating and developing HR admin processManaging the on-boarding process and exit interviewsDeveloping key metrics from the HR systemsAdvising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefitsPlanning and delivering training, including inductions for new employees with HR apprentice.Identifying development needs, guiding and coaching managers on career development within their teamsPromoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all areas and champion a culture of trust, care, passion, transparency & accountability in line with the organisation's values.CIPD sponsorship is also on offer as well the opportunity to develop and take on HR projects as well as generous benefits package.Please call Marsha today for further information about the role.
