Sharpak Aylesham is a well-established manufacturing company based in the Southeast of England. We are looking to grow our business as part of our 5 year strategic plan, and the HR provision is fundamental to supporting that success.
The HR Advisor provides valuable support to the smooth running of the HR provision. Acting in an advisory capacity, the role is designed to take responsibility for the day-to-day HR admin and processes, and support delivery of an effective service to the business.
The incumbent will support the HR Manager with strategic projects and ER casework, and provide sound advice to managers across the business on day-to-day HR matters including policy interpretation, basic employment law, and performance management.
The role is an important part of providing a more engaging and value-adding HR provision to the workforce and wider business.
