HR Administrator
Location: Ealing, London

Job Type: 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
The Role
The company are seeking a HR Administrator to manage the entire employee life cycle, provide efficient service to employees and managers across various locations, and assist in implementing HR projects. Main Duties:
- Process all starter and leaver documentation
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and freelance agreements
- Conduct background checks and respond to reference queries
- Support and administrate the probationary review process
- Prepare payroll changes for Finance, ensuring timely submission for the monthly payroll cycle
- Administrate and maintain company benefits programs
- Maintain the HR filing system, ensuring all documents are current and properly filed
- Respond to queries from managers and employees promptly
- Manage and update the HR System (PeopleHR), ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed
- Deliver ad hoc and planned HR projects aligned with business priorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, and current legislation
- Assist the Recruiter with interview scheduling
- Manage the HR email inbox, responding to queries or forwarding them to the appropriate team member
- Minute meetings as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a broadcast environment with employees and freelancers is an advantage but not essential
- Proven ability to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, face-to-face and via video/telephone conferencing
- Strong written and numerical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing HR policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- Tech-savvy, with experience using various databases and systems
