Bouygues Energies & Services, subsidiary of Equans Central Europe, is looking for its future Finance Manager (M/F).
The EQUANS Central Europe Main Business Unit (MBU) is responsible for developing the EQUANS Group's Data Centres, Photovoltaic and Energy Transmission and Distribution activities throughout France and Europe.
For this MBU, we are looking for a Finance Manager for our Sizewell C (SZC) project located in Bristol.
MANAGERIAL REPORTING LINE:
As a member of the project team and reporting to the CFO of the Main Business Unit, you will be responsible for the financial follow-up of the Sizewell C (SZC) project.
TASKS:
Oversee the financial aspect of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to financial matters.
Establish and oversee internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the company's assets.
Implement efficient and cost-effective financial processes and systems.
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the financial and operational success of the organisation.
Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, making adjustments as needed to achieve defined targets.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Play a key role with the quarterly and year-end audits.
Open communication channels with financial control team and other group entities.
Ensure continuous improvement in the quality of work undertaken in the department.
Oversee all financial aspects of the relationship with the Client including billing and cash collection.
Play a key role in the IT integration to Equans group and various IT development matters.
Play a role of the Ethics officer of the project team.
Provide support to the Project Director and the project team on any other financial and administrative matters as required.
You will work closely with the project's operational teams and numerous support functions from Bouygues Energies & Services and EQUANS.
