Ignata Finance is solely collaborating with a rapidly expanding luxury retail company with headquarters in Central London to find a Finance Manager. The position has a hybrid work schedule.To join the growing finance department and foster the group's expansion, we are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual. This position will report directly into the Head of Finance.We are seeking an amazing number-cruncher to join our Finance team in order to assist drive our agenda and offer real value to the business, all the while keeping everyone in check, following a year of exceptional growth!Key Responsibilities:Supporting the Head of Finance with: The preparation of P&L, balance sheet & cashflow for budgeting and forecasting Finance business partnering with the leadership team Cash flow forecasting and other FP&A related tasks Building reports for key stakeholders e.g. Store P&L's Ad hoc commercial analysis / business cases Being the ERP system super-user for the businessLead the preparation of monthly management accounts which include: Generating P&L and Balance Sheet reports Conducting variance analysis and providing relevant commentary Managing the fixed asset register and depreciation calculations Reviewing and posting journals where necessaryOther tasks include: Line managing the Assistant Finance Analyst Developing the weekly sales & trade report Publishing the monthly end packs to the Board Assisting with the yearly audit process Monitoring and controlling project cost expenditure across the business. Helping to improve internal controlsSkills and AttributesEssential: CIMA or ACCA qualified. At least 3 years' preparing management accounts within a fast-changing multi-channel retailer. Prior experience working in a medium sized growing business. Systems and process implementation would be useful. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills Problem solving, a desire to seek continual improvements and the ability to communicate to non-finance staff throughout the business are all required. Advanced Excel skills - you should know your Pivot tables and Vlookups! The ability to work independently and show initiative The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions Excellent attention to detail Confidence and common sense Excellent motivation and people management skills Demonstrate commercial awareness and passion for the Loaf brand A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environmentDesirable: Use of ERP systems is highly desirable Microsoft Dynamics NAV Power BI Jet Reports or similar reporting package would be beneficial.Others: Full-time permanent position Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year plus discretionary bonus
