About Us:
Core Group Recruitment are seeking a determined and experienced Fibre Delivery Manager with a strong background in telecom rollouts and a thorough understanding of Openreach processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FTTP projects from start to finish.
- Develop and adjust project plans as needed.
- Assign and manage project tasks based on team members' skills.
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Submit regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, including Time, Cost, and Quality.
- Oversee civil and PIA construction by contractors.
- Provide weekly progress reports and manage risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction, telecoms, or engineering.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record.
- Experience with FTTH Civils, Cabling, and PIA.
- Understanding of telecoms fibre optic networks and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
