Our story continues with you. As an Engineering Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client's dynamic Hereford Factory. They have embarked on a thrilling journey, making significant investments in new technology and automation and are innovating every day, striving for greater efficiency and productivity.
Your role? You'll be part of a 5-shift continental pattern, opening doors to Engineering Projects, Continuous Improvement, and Training & Development.
Job Title: Engineering Shift Manager
Location: Hereford
Salary: £46,000 to £56,000 depending on experience, with an additional shift allowance of £7785. - 6% pension, 31 days of holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Health Cover, and more.

To be the hero of this chapter, you'll need an HNC Certification or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering. Bring your self-motivation, multitasking skills, and a knack for teamwork.
