Your new role
Engineering manager leads the CAPEX planning, delivers safety from the top down and will work directly in senior management on budget control and future proofing the business through engineering. You will have an excellent structure supporting you.
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in a maintenance background and delivering engineering projects given this role will oversee a project portfolio well in excess of £1million, string people skills to develop your team and their skills matrix and identify where your department can contribute to the profitability of the company through efficiency.
