We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of revenue targets, through the delivery of integrated digital communications activity across email, SMS and app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the building, testing, deployment and reporting of all prospect nurturing email and SMS activity
  • Working on the building, testing, deployment and reporting of all customer email
  • Lead on identifying new email, SMS and app notification opportunities in the business, to enhance conversion to sale, improve customer experience and advocacy
  • Be an expert on the platform and proactively familiarise yourself with new features and functionality
  • Effectively manage the relationship with the email platform supplier, managing tasks and projects they're working on, to ensure they're delivered on time and meet requirements. Identify and propose platform improvements, and manage the supplier and internal stakeholders to deliver these, in close collaboration with the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
  • Comply with iQ's data handling policies and be competent in your understanding of GDPR requirements, collaborating with iQ's DPO as required.
  • Maintain a healthy contact list, by establishing a regular data cleansing process
  • Assist and support the annual budgeting process ensuring that costs demonstrate ROI and targets are met

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in a similar emailmarketing role within a B2C environment.
  • Experience migrating to a new email marketing platform, onboarding and setting it up, including working closely with IT on tech integrations.
  • Experience coding HTML email templates from design.
  • Analytical skills and demonstrable knowledge of email marketing performance metrics and experience in producing performance reports, using in-platform analytics as well as GA4 to assess website behaviour of email traffic.
  • Be informed about current trends and best practice in email marketing.

We work a hybrid working model with 3 days in our office in London Bridge
