As a Electrical Project Manager, your role will be integral to the seamless execution of projects. Drawing on your extensive experience, you will navigate projects from tender initiation to construction completion. Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Guide and coordinate direct labor and subcontractors with a focus on leveraging your extensive industry experience.

- Efficient Procurement:Apply your seasoned procurement skills to secure subcontractors and source materials effectively.
- Client Engagement: Attend client site meetings, leveraging your experience to communicate seamlessly with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
- Documentation Excellence: Expertly handle project variations, prepare O&M manuals, health and safety documentation, and conduct precise site surveys.
- KPI Expertise: Ensure the weekly monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high project standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid Certificate, Asbestos Awareness, 18th Edition, ECS Management Card.- Expert Competencies:Strong communication, organizational, time management, and analytical skills honed through a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven Track Record: Showcase your experience and achievements in project management and electrical engineering, particularly on projects between £20,000 and £1 million.
