CCA are delighted to be working with one of the largest debt management companies in the UK. They offer a wide variety of debt solutions and support for clients in financial difficulty. Our Client also work closely with creditors, employees and the advice sector helping people to access free and regulated debt advice.
Our Client have a large number of projects planned to increase engagement with their customers and provide a better experience. They plan to do this through the redesign of Key Digital Journeys, and process redesign, this is where the Digital Channel Manager will come in and use their expertise on steering and driving this within the company.
The Digital Channel Manager will be integrating platforms such as Whatsapp and Twillio into the day to day operations within the contact centre and the wider business.
We are looking for an innovative candidate that can lead the design thinking of user journeys and collaboratively work with business experts, UX, Marketing and development teams.
As a Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the customer and business needs and developing proposals that meet objectives and resolve current pain points.
You'll enjoy regular communication with the team and senior stakeholders, and you'll be proud to present your progress.
The Digital Channel Manager is a brand-new role within the business, the ideal candidate would need to hit the ground running, have a data led approach and would need to manage delivery proficiently to ensure an immediate progression.
The ideal Candidate for the Digital Channel Manager role would need to have worked in a regulated environment, have at least 2 years in a similar role.
The processes would be aligned within the prince 2 Capabilities, it is not essential that the candidate is Prince 2 Qualified, but it is desired,
