Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a DFMA Manager for a project near Reading, Berkshire.

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor, You will be working on a multi-million pound project, consisting of new build offices, Healthcare buildings and Workshops.

As DFMA Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Strategising the design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) packages ensuring technical and commercial compliance
• Procurement of DFMA packages
• Lead the design and engineering of DFMA structural steel-work, access/egress requirements and project specific fixings
• Strategic management of delivery and logistic requirements
• Coordinate management of associated MEP services within the DFMA products
• Liaise with other trades
• Organise mock-ups, benchmarks and applicable questions

About You:

• Experience in the following:
• M&E regulatory requirements and standards
• Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance
• Management of data and processes
• Budgeting and cost control
• Advanced IT skills for the use of BIM and construction management tools
• Quality assurance and quality control processes
