The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.
Current projects range from 50m to 350m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.
The Opportunity:
Design Manager
2 No. Secondary Education New Build/Refurbishment projects
40m and 50m contract values. 3 Year contract programmes.
- Seeking and experienced Design Manager to work on one of the two projects below:
- Secondary education projects in Stanmore and Hayes. One is a 50m new build, the other is a 40m new build extension and refurbishment. Both projects are scheduled to run for three years.
- You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction, commercial and preconstruction colleagues as well as external stakeholders.
- Candidates will be working at construction phase on a live site, as opposed to preconstruction.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience as Design Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor - gained on live projects of a similar size and scope.
Education sector project experience is preferred but not essential.
