Our Client in Northampton is seeking a Supervisor to support a team of 16, who are responsible for all back-office administration for the wider Customer Service Team.

This includes the management of direct reports including performance reviews & development planning, resource management. Daily operations control and KPI set-up and follow-up.

Key responsibilities for the Supervisor include:

  • People management - performance and evaluation process management; direct and lead the team.
  • Daily operations control - resource and team performance management.
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts; People, Process, System.
  • Managing internal & external stakeholders.
  • Complaint management - root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Escalation management - focal point for the team, internal departments, and customers.
  • Build up strong relationships with internal/external customers.
  • Take ownership of allocated projects and work in partnership with the departmental managers/supervisors.

Skills and experience required from the Supervisor include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within customer service/administration management roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP & CRM Tools.
  • A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage change and be unflappable!
