Our Client in Northampton is seeking a Supervisor to support a team of 16, who are responsible for all back-office administration for the wider Customer Service Team.
This includes the management of direct reports including performance reviews & development planning, resource management. Daily operations control and KPI set-up and follow-up.
Key responsibilities for the Supervisor include:
- People management - performance and evaluation process management; direct and lead the team.
- Daily operations control - resource and team performance management.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts; People, Process, System.
- Managing internal & external stakeholders.
- Complaint management - root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Escalation management - focal point for the team, internal departments, and customers.
- Build up strong relationships with internal/external customers.
- Take ownership of allocated projects and work in partnership with the departmental managers/supervisors.
Skills and experience required from the Supervisor include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within customer service/administration management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP & CRM Tools.
- A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage change and be unflappable!
