Contracts Manager - Electrical and Mechanical
Monday - Friday: 7.30AM - 5.00PM (Flexibility Required)
Annual Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience plus company car + credit card

Day to Day Duties
- The purpose of this role is to act as a primary point of contact across multiple organisations, projects, and locations. As a Contracts Manager, you will coordinate, plan and provide operational administrative support in relation to labour, resources and materials for a number of MOD projects.
- Devise a short, medium and long term operational labour plan, keeping all parties updated and maximising the use of available resources.
- Managing all electrical/mechanical projects from inception to fruition, including pricing works, job take on, initial start-up meeting, management of the ongoing project and project sign off.
- Allocating work and organising job pack's for all parties.
- Ordering of all materials relating to the required works.
- Assisting with reactive work, assessing jobs to decide whether they are to be completed 'in house' or by subcontractors.
- Completing a final review of completed works and undertaking job sign off.
Essential Skills
- A full UK Drivers Licence will be required to undertake this role as you will be required to visit sites.
- Experience within building, mechanical, electrical is essential, alongside an understanding of building regulations.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to price jobs and scope works.
- You must be H&S aware and able to comply with site standards.
Desirable Experience
- Excellent organisational skills are desirable.
- The successful candidate will ideally have excellent communication skills and be able to offer clear direction.
What training is provided?
- The successful candidate will have the required experience to undertake the role, however, on the job training will be provided in respect of company processes and procedures.
