We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading refurb and fit-out company working in education, hotel, leisure and student living sectors. Based in the east midlands, this role involves overseeing projects nationwide, ranging from 100k to 5m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple refurb and fit-out projects
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contracts management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of refurb and fit-out projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Over 3 years experience as a Contracts Manager
• Managing Multiple project experience
