Contracts Manager - New Build, Fit-Out, Refurb
• £60 - £65k + car allowance
• Northwest based (Altrincham office based with travel to sites)
• Projects will mainly be Fitout & Refurbishment but will include extensions and small new builds, so construction knowledge and experience a must
• Duties:
- Overall responsibility for the Contracts H&S, Design Management, Programme, Costs
- Direct line management duties of site management teams / operatives
- Work on tenders and live projects to put in place detailed programmes, methodology, H&S documentation and manage design process
- Complete client and internal progress reports including chairing meetings
- Work closely with commercial & procurement team for all procurement activities
- Ensure all company processes and procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Experience controlling multiple sites simultaneously
- Project/Contracts management experience
- Worked on projects up to £2.5m
- Fit-Out, Refurbishment AND New Build experience
