Your new role
An experienced Contracts Manager in the flats, apartments and housing sector to join a small team based in Sussex. Duties include -
Involvement in the projects from pre-construction through to handover, and overseeing all site management teams Ensuring build programmes are in place and achieved Quality standards are set and monitored Health & Safety standards on site are in accordance with regulations. Sites are delivered on time and to specification and budget. Conducting staff performance appraisals and training and development Producing management reports and ensuring technical queries are resolved Working with the commercial team to ensure cost and budgetary accuracy Liaising with the client and associated professionals To work sustainably, and within the companies' Net Zero targets
What you'll need to succeed
Track record of Contract Management experience in the residential and house building industry. Full UK driving licence Excellent references Strong negotiation skills Proven project management and organisational skills Self-motivated
