A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a reputable shop fit-out and refurb company based in Birmingham.This role would suit an experience project coordinator or a junior project manager who is looking to develop, get greater exposure and take the lead on projects.
This role is initially on a temporary basis and if successful in your assignment you will have the chance of a permanent contract with this employer.
Pay rate - Approx £19.20 - £22.00 per hour with full time salary range of £35-40,000 per annumLocation - Birmingham (near to Marston Green)
Duties:• The Project Manager will be the key driver for the project delivery for shop fit out and refurbishment projects where you act as the main contractor• They will be overall accountable for the delivery methods and strategy for the various work streams the company has to deliver• Having a full understanding for the client requirements and expectations for the project and being able to guide the project team to deliver within a specified region• You will understand the businesses expectations around delivery models and methods cascaded down to them• The Project Manager is responsible for all operational tasks in relation to project work within their area and all members with their team• Be commercially aware of the performance of the projects within the region, driving efficiencies within the projects
The ideal candidate• Will have previous project coordinator, project management or contract management experience from a retail fit-out/installation background• Will be based local to the Marston Green area so can commute to the office• Is available for initially a temporary role
