Contract Manager - Planned Maintenance & Retrofit

Up to 70,000 Plus Package
Our Client, one of the fastest growing construction contractors in the UK, are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join their rapidly growing planned works division.
They have just won 2 long term planned maintenance and retrofit contracts in West London
This is an exciting opportunity to run multiple projects at a time, circa 8 million PA. Works being delivered include EWI, roof replacements, window and door renewals, K&B replacements and concrete restoration. You will report directly into the Operations Manager and work hand in hand to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract.
On a day to day basis, responsibilities will include
- Management of up sub contractors and direct team of site managers and RLO's
- Lead the team and ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Pre & post inspections of works
- Attending progress meetings
- Full operational and commercial responsibility
- Ensure all relevant RAMS are in place prior to works for both direct & sub contract works
- Responsible for P&L on contracts
- Performance reviews & reports
- Program works (MS projects)
- Assisting in new bids and tender processes
