Role:
Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for an Contract Manager to join their management team. As a Contract Manager you will be managing reactive repairs & voids across a contract that spans across Northwest London.
Reporting in to the Operations Manager, you will have a team reporting in to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin and operatives.
Experience:
- Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
- Creating a work safe culture
- Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
- Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
- A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
- Able to produce and deliver progress reports
- Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects
