I am working closley exclusively with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to assist them with them with recruting a new Project Manager in the new year. The business is in a very strong position recording record profits in 2023, and with several new London projects in the pipeline there is plenty of work for the forseeable.
The business has a very low turnover of production staff therefore it is imperitive that this Project Manager is seeking to join the business long-term. Career development aspirations as they are looking for ambitious managers. There are 3 large residential and commercial projects going to site early next year between the 40M- 120M range, which the new Project Managers will work on.
