A North West based property development business is looking for a Construction Project Manager / Director to ensure on time and in cost delivery of residential construction projects. The position will be a mix of office and site based work (all sites are in the North West) and can be undertaken on either a permanent or contract basis. To succeed in the role it's essential that you have strong project management skills within residential construction projects combined with a good knowledge of QS.
