Job Title: Commercial Manager

The Role

• Oversee project variations, costings, and materials to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Review contracts and manage subcontractor applications, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

The Candidate

• Structural steel and rail-work experience.
• Previous experience as an estimator/QS in the steel industry.
• Previous experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
