ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT WHO WANTS THEIR NEXT STEP?

ROLE: Candidate Manager & Researcher WHERE: Central LondonWHEN: Monday - Friday / hybrid working SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000

DUTIES:

• Work with the consultants to create a sourcing strategy to target companies
• Continuously update candidate pools to allow quick and easy accuracy for roles that come in
• Contact, prep and liaise with senior level candidates in a professional manner
• Conduct initial screenings with candidates to determine suitability
• Prepare CV's, reports and overviews of candidates ready for client review
• Research potential companies for consultants and Partners to target
• Attend client briefings and create detailed notes
• Keep systems and compliance up to date and accurate
• Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc projects

WHAT'S NEEDED:

• Confident candidate who has recruitment industry experience - essential
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Packages
• Strong work ethic - someone who is happy to chip in and juggle jobs
• High energy able to work in a fast paced environment
