The Role:

Location: South Tyneside, some work from home flexibility
Salary: 55- 60k plus very generous benefits inc. 30 days holiday plus stats

Our client is a prominent property related employer in the South Tyneside area, who are currently looking to strengthen their Business Improvement team with an experienced Change Manager, who will partner across the Business to provide change management expertise and leadership in order to facilitate and guide the Group, managers and colleagues through organisation change and transition. Ensuring change is implemented smoothly, in the right way - driving adoption.

You will lead on bringing a structured, integrated, and organised approach to change which is aligned to best practice methodologies for project and non-project activity. Ensuring disruption is minimised and colleague engagement is enhanced in order to achieve a successful outcome.

Responsible for the leadership and delivery of change management activities and initiatives ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Creation and leadership of the Group's change management approach & framework ensuring alignment to best practice methodologies (primarily PROSCI) and to each stage of the project lifecycle as needed.
Efficient and effective mobilisation of change management strategies in line with the Group's framework including:
o Case for change
o Success metrics
o Stakeholder analysis and mapping
o Change impact analysis and assessment
o Communication planning
o Resistance identification and management
o Change adoption
o Change management planning and execution
o Sustainment of change
o Risk management and mitigation
Provide training and coaching as needed in relation the Group's change management approach and tools in order to upskill managers and colleagues across the Group to drive change adoption locally. Creates and delivers change leadership and change training to different audiences based on requirements.

The Person:

Ideally degree qualified, with a change management or business improvement qualification, you will hold demonstrable knowledge and understanding of change management approaches and methodologies (ideally with exposure to PROSCI). You will also posses knowledge of project management methodologies and their practical
application, with experience in a range of complex change projects - Business and IT with multiple workstreams is essential.

Have the ability to lead and bring together cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal without a direct reporting relationship.
Have the ability to manage change initiatives simultaneously - project and non-project and work autonomously.
Be resilient, tenacious and highly organised.
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence stakeholders (internal and external).
Have a continuous improvement mindset with ability to gain buy in to changes and improvements. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to inspire and motivate others through change - having an impact and making things happen in the right way for our colleagues.
