About the role of Building Services Manager:
As a Building Services Manager, you will have the chance to work on a significant Data Centre project based in East London. This project involves managing the technical aspects of an existing project with an M&E package value exceeding 50m. You will report directly to the Project Director and receive support from the Senior Building Services Manager on-site.
Responsibilities for Building Services Manager:
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control
- Manage client liaison and reporting
- Identify project risks
- Coordinate with other services
- Ensure timely delivery of services according to project scope and programme
Requirements for Building Services Manager:
- Data Centre experience and Electrical bias
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
