The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an experience property/block manager or building remediation manager to take their next steps in the industry with the UK's leading Property Management business. This opportunity would suit an individual that has experience in managing remediation works for buildings and has been involved with the Building Safety Fund. IRPM (AIRPM/MIRPM) / AssocRICS or equivalent professional accreditations is desirable and an understanding of project management principals and methodologies would be useful in this role. You will be the main point of contact for clients for all remediation works on their buildings so strong communication and problem solving skills are a necessary to be successful in this role.
