Building Manager
Venn Group are supporting a Berkshire based organisation with the recruitment of a Building Manager to support the project team by assisting with a full range of refurbishments, project designs and liaising with stakeholders.
•Start Date: ASAP
•Duration: 3 months (temporary-to-permanent)
•Hourly Rate: £24 -£30
•Location: Berkshire
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Ensuring effective performance to ensure minimal downtime or loss of clinical services
• Being the main point of contact for all service delivery escalations, ensuring SLA compliance working with the Estates Service Desk Manager, M&E Managers and sub-contracted service providers
•Ensuring the Estates Risk Register is maintained and kept up to date with estates risks, and mitigating measure are implemented in a timely manner
•Assisting in the development and implement adequate arrangements for emergency reactive works, covering essential engineering services 24/7 within service level agreements
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Practical experience of negotiating with representatives of the in-house tenants
