Salary: £31,923 - 35,000 London Weighted or £28,045 - £31,122 Regional based

Do you have a flair for data analysis and a passion for ensuring we provide good quality homes and services to our residents?

We are looking for an Asset Information Data Analyst with advanced Excel skills, who is also an excellent communicator and can apply asset management concepts when compiling data and analysis

to support the effective appraisal of stock rationalisation, regeneration, and asset investment projects.

Reporting to the Asset Information Manager, this role will offer the post holder the opportunity to join the Asset Information Team and work directly with a wide range of stakeholders across L&Q's Property Services and Development & Sales Teams.

The post holder will be able to effectively summarise key outcomes from large, complex, data sets and be a proven team player who can work effectively alongside six other analysts, providing a specialist asset information service.

As someone who is a dynamic, solution focused analyst with established effective time management skills, you will add value to asset management activities by producing Net Present Value figures, completing scenario modelling, updating and maintaining our Asset Management systems effectively, responding efficiently to ad hoc report requests and complete a range of analytical projects to ensure the effective delivery of L&Q's asset management strategy. You will also have knowledge of how to apply commercial concepts to asset management in a social housing context and/or experience in the use of MS SQL scripting and Power Bi.

Suitable candidates will be enthusiastic about the opportunity and fully committed to using data to enable effective decision making about the assets in our stock portfolio.

To be considered for this role candidates must demonstrate:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • An understanding of financial property appraisal techniques including NPV
  • Knowledge of how to apply commercial concepts to asset management in a social housing context
  • Able to demonstrate your experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to present complex data to stakeholders in multiple formats including MS Excel.
