An exciting opportunity for an Application Support Manager has become available for a key client of ours on a remote basis. This role will be aimed at delivering critical process improvements and managing a team of technical support analysts.
The team comprises of 8 engineers, and you'll be delivering on a variety of projects including designing & building processes.
Fully remote
Up to £70k DOE
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer
Key skills required:
- Experience in the SaaS industry with ideally exposure to on-prem solutions, too
- Experience developing metrics and managing remote teams
- High level understanding of people leadership
- Ability to scale and manage support services
- Strong technical background with exposure to SQL and Freshdesk preferred (but not essential!)
